The remarkable journey of Hillman Public School is deeply rooted in the vision, dedication, and scholarly excellence of its esteemed Chairman — Dr. S. C. Pokhriyal – a distinguished academician and educationist. This vision is Hillman’s success mantra: Aim, Act & Achieve. A Ph.D. in Mathematics, Dr. S. C. Pokhriyal devoted several years to higher education, serving as a Professor of Mathematics at three prestigious institutions: Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTI), Kanpur, Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), Agra, and Raja Balwant Singh College (RBS College), Agra. His academic brilliance and commitment to intellectual excellence earned him immense respect in scholarly circles. In the year 1978, inspired by the noble values and encouragement of his revered father, Late Shri J. R. Pokhriyal, and his gracious mother, Late Smt. V. D. Pokhriyal, he laid the foundation of Hillman Public School in a modest rented house. What began as a humble initiative was fuelled by an unwavering belief in quality education, discipline, and moral integrity.

Through tireless hard work, honesty, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence, the school flourished. Within just a decade, Hillman Public School emerged as a trusted and respected name — a true brand of quality education in the city. This inspiring journey would remain incomplete without acknowledging the indomitable spirit of the Foundress Mrs. Pushpa Pokhriyal, the Iron Lady whose steadfast support, resilience, and dedication transformed a visionary dream into a living reality.
